The VD Museum is a local history museum, which gives an insight into the  fishing and hunting history at Vartdalsstranda.

The VD museum shows the history of fishing and catching on Vartdalsstranda through text, pictures, an exhibition of objects and models and with interactive presentations. The exhibitions focus on the boats, the people and the equipment, and deal both with the home lake, the deap sea fishing and the Arctic sea catch.
