The festival villages of Ørsta/Volda have an impressive program for spring and summer 2024! With a variety of events to choose from, it's time to fill your calendar with excitement and great experiences. From choir to rap, blues to rock, and everything in between, there's something for all music lovers. Plus, you can explore beer brewing, nature and culture. To secure your place, both at events and accommodation, it's a good idea to arrive early. So take the chance to get infected by the festival atmosphere and join the bustling crowds as the festival season kicks off!

At the summer exhibition 2024, the three talented artists Bjørn Hessen, Lena Bratteberg and Monica Vermeer contribute to the ground floor of Kunsthuset in Ørsta becoming an inspiring and colorful experience arena for tourists and locals. The exhibition is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 1200 - 1600. The exhibition opens on Saturday, July 6 at 1300-1600 and will be available until August 10.

During the culture days in Hornindal, there is a program for the whole family. The village of friends from Children's TV will be visiting, there will be a disco, a show, an exhibition of old photos, concerts and outdoor dancing. The extra tough ones can make a craft and "take their chances".

This summer, you can enjoy fun activities at the museums and some of the beautiful historic buildings in Ørsta and Volda.

June 15 marks the start of river fishing. If you are a keen salmon fisherman, now is the time to wipe the dust off your fishing gear. Sales of fishing licenses on elveguiden.no are already underway.

At Hingarden stables, they offer a wide range of activities for riders of all ages and skill levels. They organize activities for both beginners and experienced riders. You can join outdoor trips, riding camps and riding lessons.
