Wolfgang Plagge and Annar Follesø are responsible for the program each year, and to ensure quality they hand-pick the musicians who will participate. The aim is to organize an annual chamber music festival in Søre Sunnmøre, where the audience can enjoy good music experiences at a high level. The festival collaborates with Volda University College on this.

The festival will also inspire young musicians to have a general growth and a developmentin the music life at Søre Sunnmøre.

This is a collaborative project between the various cultural schools in the form of seminars and master classes aimed at children and young people. The artists participating in the festival will offer lessons from local talent. There will also be courses and inspirational seminars for cultural school teachers.
