The Nature Festival

What is unique about the Nature Festival is the great variety on offer. Top hiking enthusiasts can test their limits, children and young people can try exciting activities, and those who want to stroll along old paths in good company can do so. The cultural experiences are also a particularly important part of the Nature Festival, and this gives an extra dimension to the event .

This weekend you can join balance artist Eskil Rønningsbakken at Camp in Romedalen. Eskil has collaborated with the Nature Festival in Ørsta for many years. Together we organize a unique nature camp in Romedalen, where you can experience a range of exciting activities in one of the most beautiful mountain homes in Norway. The camp is based on you bringing the necessary equipment to spend the night outside, while we arranges activities, tours, entertainment and lots of delicious food prepared outdoors. Children and young people under the age of 15 must be accompanied by adults.

Please note that all participants must bring their own tent, accommodation equipment, food and drink. Only small snacks are served for lunch on Saturday. On Sunday, we sell barbecue for lunch. The camp is primarily for families, and it is not necessary to sign up. Dogs are also welcome, but only if they are well-behaved, on a leash and safe for humans, other dogs and other animals.

The nature festival is organized the last weekend in July and the first weekend in August.
