Tonehimmel is a contemporary music festival in Sunnmøre, where everyone is a participant. Many of the concerts are outdoors. Contemporary music is art music made by people who live in the same world and time as you.

Every year, two focus composers will take you into their musical universe. Composer Magnar Åm is artistic director.

The festival is held in June.
